By using DropKind ("we", "us", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • One account per person
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use DropKind

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Use the service to spam or harass others
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service

Your content

You own the content you send through DropKind. We don't claim any ownership of your articles, documents, or text.

By using the service, you give us permission to process and transmit your content solely to deliver it to your Kindle. We don't use your content for any other purpose.

You're responsible for the content you send. Don't send anything you don't have the right to use.

Third-party content

When you submit a URL, we fetch and extract content from that website on your behalf.

  • We don't control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use that content
  • Websites may block or change their content at any time

The service

  • DropKind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • We don't guarantee uptime, delivery speed, or that the service will meet your needs
  • We rely on Amazon's Send-to-Kindle service, which has its own terms and limitations

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your data from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or for any reason with notice. We'll try to give you time to export your data when possible.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you (by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
