Refund Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Who sells credits and subscriptions

DropKind is operated by Andrei Samsonov PR Novi Sad. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for web purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles billing, receipts, and refund requests for purchases and subscriptions made in the iOS app.

Requesting a refund

For an iOS in-app purchase, request a refund from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or your App Store purchase history. For a web purchase, contact support with your DropKind email and Paddle transaction or receipt when available.

Your first refund request for PDF credits is accepted without an investigation. Later requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and already-paid periods are normally not refunded.

For a subscription started in the iOS app, request refunds from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web subscription, if a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact support within 14 days and we will review it — unused time is refunded case by case. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Used credits and delivery problems

Credits used for a successfully delivered PDF-to-EPUB conversion are normally not refunded. If a conversion or delivery was incorrect, contact us and we will review the case.

Credits are not used when DropKind delivers an unchanged original PDF because conversion would not improve it.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
