Who sells the credits

DropKind is operated by Andrei Samsonov PR Novi Sad. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle and provides the purchase receipt.

Requesting a refund

Contact support with the email address used for your DropKind account and the Paddle transaction or receipt when available.

Your first refund request for PDF credits is accepted without an investigation. Later requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

Used credits and delivery problems

Credits used for a successfully delivered PDF-to-EPUB conversion are normally not refunded. If a conversion or delivery was incorrect, contact us and we will review the case.

Credits are not used when DropKind delivers an unchanged original PDF because conversion would not improve it.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
