Information we process

We process your account email, Kindle delivery address, uploaded or submitted content, filenames, titles, delivery status, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We keep uploaded content so you can view history and resend it, until you delete the upload or account, subject to limited legal and security retention.

How we use and share it

We use this information to operate your account, prepare content, deliver it to Kindle, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems. We do not sell content or use it to train models or build advertising profiles.

We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers, including email delivery providers, Amazon Send-to-Kindle, hosting and monitoring providers, Paddle for purchases, and document-processing providers when an enabled feature requires them.

Document processing providers

PDF conversion may use CloudConvert, Zamzar, or Mistral AI for conversion, OCR, layout analysis, compression, or repair. We send the document, filename, and minimum job metadata; we do not send your account or Kindle email for this processing.

We request deletion of external processing copies after retrieving results where that control is available. Provider security logs, billing records, backups, and documented retention terms can have separate retention periods.

Payments and your choices

Paddle processes payment information as Merchant of Record. DropKind does not receive or store your full card details.

Apple processes iOS in-app purchases. DropKind stores provider transaction identifiers, purchase and adjustment status, and credit activity to fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and handle refunds. We do not store full card details or raw signed StoreKit payloads.

You can update your Kindle address, delete uploads, or delete your account. Contact us to ask about your data or this policy.
